A farmer must cross a river with a wolf, a goat and a cabbage. The boat holds the farmer and one of them. Left alone, the wolf eats the goat and the goat eats the cabbage.

How to think about it
Distrust the obvious move
The goat is in every conflict, so it goes first. After that, every move forward seems to lead to a dead end. Nobody said the boat has to come back empty.
